  NLP Sessions and Coaching

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) works on the principle that everyone has all the resources they need to make positive changes in their own life.  The process is powerful and facilitates change at the conscious and unconscious level.

A NLP Practitioner empowers a client to release negative emotions, anchor positive states, conquer limiting beliefs, release anxiety, improve sports performance, develop effective strategies, improve focus and concentration, increase productivity, improve business performance, release fear of public speaking, utilize effective communication, eliminate unwanted behaviors, release phobias, improve spelling and academic performance,

and with the creation of an action plan for achieving goals. NLP provides access to powerful tools and skills for professional and personal transformation.

Time Line Therapy ®

Time Line Therapy® involves treatment at an unconscious level and allows a client to surrender negative emotions linked to past experiences. Our past experiences and memories affect how we approach our daily situations. These experiences and memories keep us from creating the life we want. Time Line Therapy® techniques facilitate change at the unconscious and conscious level. This therapy is used for releasing negative emotions, removing limiting beliefs, managing unconscious trauma triggers, and allows for a powerful shift in over all well being.

The addition of Time Line Therapy® techniques produce long lasting transformation quickly, thus allowing the client to create the life they desire.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy, also referred to as guided hypnosis, is a form of psychotherapy that uses relaxation, suggestibility, and intense attention to achieve a heightened state of consciousness or mindfulness. The process places the individual into a “trance” or altered state of awareness. The client remains in control and clinical hypnotherapy should never be confused with stage hypnosis.

This form of therapy utilizes one’s mind to help reduce or alleviate a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, excessive worry, fears, intrusive thoughts, phobias, insomnia, low self esteem, weight control, and pain relief, The aim of hypnotherapy is to create a positive change in an individual through the powerful unconscious mind.

Recovery Coaching

Beth has been in sustained recovery from drug addiction for twenty-three years, and has extensive experience in guiding people struggling with substance use disorders and working with family members of substance abusers.

A Recovery Coach is a professional with expertise in the area of substance use disorders and recovery. This specific coaching is extremely valuable for those wishing to reclaim their lives from the horrors of addiction and alcoholism or to empower family members of those struggling with substance use disorders. Recovery coaching is not therapy or sponsorship, and is not a replacement for acute medical care where indicated.

Coaching for loved ones of those struggling with substance use disorders focuses on creating a context for healing and recovery, regaining wholeness, being a stand against the disease of addiction/alcoholism, detaching with love, self-care, and creating fulfillment.
